Project Deposits
Project deposits help reserve production time and start planning, design, or implementation work. If a project is canceled after work has already started, the refundable amount, if any, is reviewed based on the stage of work completed and the resources already allocated.
Milestone Payments
Milestone payments usually correspond to agreed work stages. When a milestone has already been delivered, approved, or substantially completed, that portion is generally not eligible for refund. If there is an issue, we review the matter in good faith and aim for a fair resolution.
Subscriptions
Subscription charges for hosted tools or support plans normally apply to the current billing period. In some cases, refunds or credits may be considered where required by law, where a billing error occurred, or where access was not provided as expected under the applicable plan.
Cancellation Before Work Starts
If a project is canceled before substantial work begins, we may approve a full or partial refund after deducting any payment processing costs or other unavoidable expenses already incurred.
How to Request a Refund Review
Refund requests should be submitted in writing to zinduka-digital@tutamail.com with the client name, invoice reference, and a brief explanation of the issue. Each request is reviewed fairly based on the agreement, delivery status, communications, and work already performed.
Dispute Resolution
If you believe a charge was made in error or a service was not delivered as agreed, please contact us first so we can review the situation promptly and try to resolve it directly. We aim to respond to billing and service concerns as quickly as reasonably possible.
